As long as you order at least 9 bags a year(any size, any variety) from www.myhealthextension.com your guarantee is extended another year. If you change your mind and stop ordering our guarantee becomes void. For your first order you must email us a copy of your receipt, after that we can get receipts from the company yearly to ensure our babies are being fed correctly

What does our extended guarantee include?
It includes everything in our regular guarantee for the lifetime of your pet(as long as you follow the program above) AND it includes reimbursement for any medication needed to treat shipping colds/pneumonia after our 10 day regime. Reimbursement is at what it would cost us to buy the same medication from our vet at Animal Health Center Lancaster, MO. We would need copy of your vet receipts which show the name and dosage of the medication and your cost. We would then get the price from our vet and reimburse you that amount. This does NOT include any tests, exams, xrays etc...those diagnostics are generally unnecessary in shipping colds/pneumonia.
I feel very confident that this new food , vitamin and nutra drop protocol given when the puppy arrives will either prevent or cure faster any health issues like shipping colds So, I am now including that in our extended guarantee. All other rules and procedures apply as listed on our guarantee
